I know what you mean, So what is a blog? Blogs are online versions of a journal or diary. They can be about anything you choose, from cars and planes, to pets and eco friendly cleaning products. There are thousands (and even possibly millions) of them out there on the internet! Blogs come in all different styles, fonts, sizes and preferences. It’s incredible the variety of them out there. If you have any idea for your blog, there is surely a style to fit, that’s for sure. Lots of blogging sites let you add multimedia to your posts and on your blog. You can upload videos, audio files; even make it look fancy with flash. There are so many possibilities it will make your head spin!

Just change it from a relative path href=”favicon.ico”
to an absolute path href=”http://yourwebsite.com/favicon.ico”
Then it doesn’t matter if you’re in a sub directory, the browser has an absolute path to the file from every page

Hi Sarah – It is possible for the weather to affect the 3G signal, changes in atmospheric pressure can sometimes mess with it. The cold does not have an effect on the signal as such but it might be a problem for the transmission towers, the may have problems with power etc.

As to WiFi, when you say you have lost it all together – do you mean there is no Internet connection? Check with a cable connection the computer to the router and see what happens…

And yes, I plan to stay nice and warm! I trust you will do the same!

I have lost Wifi altogether at home & 3g/H is sporadic at best! Why/how does the weather affect connection?

Someone selling hand knitted Morris dancing costumes to saddoes in Dordogneshire has no need of a page in French, he/she would be better off spending their time tweaking their English page.
